Need a quick and easy guacamole dip recipe, here it it!
This is what you will need:
1 tea spoon of minced or crushed garlic
1 tea spoon of olive oil
1 tea spoon lime or lemon juice
Salt and Pepper to taste
(don't want garlic, don't add it, simple)
This is how to make it:
Mash your avocado with a fork
add the rest of the ingredience and mix, it's that simple.
To really impress your guest top with whole, shelled pistachio nuts.
Combine oil, juice and salt and pepper in a bowl.
Add 2 medium diced tomato's.
Add half a diced onion.
Add half a diced capsicum
Add a diced chilli.
Add a table spoon of sweet chilli sauce
Add 2 diced avocado's, mix and your done. Easy!
Goodness of Avocados
Avocado's are a good source of vitamin k, fibre, potassium, folate, vitamin c, cooper and vitamin b6.
